CLEO - Health Decision Strategies

The CLEO Analyzer is a software package that evaluates health care projects and interventions using health economic formula such as cost effectiveness, costs benefit, and cost utility.


The CLEO software has been developed by a team of professionals 
following several years of work in health economics, cost effectiveness 
and pharmacoeconomics.  The software model has been used by dozens of 
groups and companies and is now being made available for 
broader applications and audiences.

This user friendly software allows the user to apply several different 
analysis approaches (including Cost Minimization, Cost Benefit, 
Cost Effectiveness, Cost Utility, Cost of Illness and 
displays the results both numerically, incrementally, and graphically.  

There are hypertext help files on economic principles and help files on 
how to use each aspect of the software. There are friendly software buttons 
that allow the user to open, save and print different data files and 
print the many graphs that are created during the analyses. 

CLEO is designed for health practitioners, health administrators, and 
patient educators who are interested in better understanding the costs 
and benefits of health care services, drugs, devices and technologies.
